FAIRNESS has been one of my guiding principles in life.
FAIRNESS is our obligation to make impartial and objective decisions.
After a series of research and contemplation on this value, I have come up with these three conducts that I would like to share:
- Our conduct must be free from competing self-interest
- Our conduct must also be free from discrimination –
- Our conduct must also be free from favoritism
These three conducts to FAIRNESS , discussed in my e-book, could assist us in making wise decisions especially when faced with difficult situation where we may be asked to compromise our honor.
